If you are an individual who wishes to have your personal data deleted from the Silktide Platform, we have established a simple and secure process to assist you. This article will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to initiate the data removal process.

Step 1: Email our Data Protection Officer

To begin the data removal process, please send an email to privacy@silktide.com. In the subject line, clearly state “Request for Personal Data Removal.”

Step 2: Provide the necessary information

In your email, include the following details to help us validate your authority and identity:

  • Full name: Provide your full legal name as it appears in our records.

  • Email address: Use the email address associated with your Silktide Platform account.

  • Additional identifying information: Depending on the required security level, we may request additional details to ensure the authenticity of the request.

Step 3: Verification process

Our Data Protection Officer will carefully review your request and may contact you for further verification if necessary. This step is crucial to prevent unauthorized access or deletion of data.

Step 4: Data removal

Once your request has been validated, we will proceed with the deletion of your personal data from the Silktide Platform. Please note that this process may take a reasonable amount of time to complete.
