At Silktide, we prioritize the security and privacy of our customers’ data, and we understand that you may have specific requirements regarding the retention and destruction of your company’s data. While Silktide automatically destroys customer data six months after the contract expiration date, we offer the option for early destruction if needed. This article will guide you through the necessary steps to request the early destruction of your company data.

Step 1: Send an email

Send an email to privacy@silktide.com addressing our Data Protection Officer. In the subject line, clearly state “Request for Early Destruction of Company Data after Contract Expiration.”

Step 2: Provide the necessary information

In your email, include the following details:

  • Company name: Provide the full legal name of your company.

  • Contract details: Mention the relevant contract period and termination date.

  • Reason for early destruction: Explain why you require the early destruction of your company data.

Step 3: Verification process

Our Data Protection Officer will review the request and may request additional information or documentation to verify your authority and identity.

Step 4: Early destruction of company data

After validating your request, we will prioritize the early destruction of your company’s data from the Silktide Platform. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
