How to assign a Check

Checks can be assigned to a user or to a group of users.

Checks can also be assigned for a specific website or assigned by check. For example, if you have a team member who is responsible for all misspellings across all of your websites, you might assign them to the entire check.

Users will receive an in-app notification when a new task has been assigned to them, or to a user role that they belong to.

Assigning a Check

To assign a Check, click on the profile picture(s) inside the Assignees column.

To assign a Check for a specific website, click on the assignees profile picture beside the website name. To assign an entire Check, click on the profile picture beside the Check name.

Tick the boxes next to the user or user roles you wish to assign the Check to and confirm to save.
