By default, Silktide is set to block analytics and ads when we test your site. Whenever your site is crawled and tested by Silktide, you should not see an increase in traffic, visitors, page views, or other similar metrics within your analytics solution.

However, there are thousands of analytics solutions available. Each solution likely has several ways that it can be installed onto a website. While we attempt to block the most common solutions and configurations, but there may be setups that we aren't currently blocking.

Each website in your account can be configured to block or enable analytics tracking when it tests. If you open up the "Settings" for a site and go to "Advanced", there will be a checkbox that allows you to toggle on and off our analytics blocking.
