A measure of user interactions on your website, like clicking on a button or loading a page.
Why it matters
You can track the number of people who visit a specific page, or what they have clicked on for a single page, but it can often be difficult to track actions across the website, like adding an item to your shopping cart, clicking a button, or exiting out of a form before it is submitted.
How to use it
In addition to the default tracking of clicks, downloads, frustration and page loads, you can register your own events to track using JavaScript. You can use these custom events for things like entering or exiting a checkout process, or an event for purchasing, or booking a demo.
