The Silktide platform is cloud-based which means there is nothing you need to install as long as you are using a modern web browser. Our platform’s web spider can crawl your website without the need to install any code.

If your web pages are private (i.e. not accessible to the public internet), we are unable to monitor these without the use of a VPN setup, whitelisting our crawler’s IP addresses, or using our Browser Extension. Please speak with your Customer Success Manager to learn more about these.
