Page depth is the minimum number of clicks required to get to a page from the site's homepage. The page depth rule allows you to identify pages above, at, or below a certain depth. This can be combined with other rules to only apply a policy to pages that are of a specified depth on your site.

Example uses

  • Find any page that are more than 7 clicks from the homepage.

  • When combined with other rules, only flag pages less than 3 clicks from the homepage as they should be fixed first.

Supported options

The page depth rule allows you to compare the depth of the page against a value you set. You are also given the option to set the comparison type, to highlight pages that are less than, equal to, or greater than the value provided.
