Keep track of which files are being downloaded on your site. This screen shows you which files have been downloaded and how many times.

It can be useful to keep an eye on this, because you’ll get insights into which documents are actually being used by your site visitors.

You may see files you don’t recognize, are old and can be removed, or even should be prioritized for accessibility remediation.

For example, you may have a lot of PDFs on your site that are recent enough that they require accessibility remediation (to comply with local laws).

However, if you discover that half of them have not even been viewed, you might make the decision to just remove them from your site.
