How to enrol other users on a course
You will need admin user permissions to enrol other users onto an Academy course of your choosing.
To enrol users on an Academy course:
- Open the Academy by clicking on your profile image at the top right, then Academy
- Open the course that you want to update enrolment on
- Select the button ‘Select enrolled students’ above the student list on the course page
- Select the users and/or user groups to enrol
- Save your changes
If a user has not completed a course they are enrolled on, a yellow banner displaying their course progress and a link to the course content will appear at the top of the home screen to provide quick access:
