How to enrol other users on a course

You will need admin user permissions to enrol other users onto an Academy course of your choosing.

To enrol users on an Academy course:

  1. Open the Academy by clicking on your profile image at the top right, then Academy
  2. Open the course that you want to update enrolment on
  3. Select the button ‘Select enrolled students’ above the student list on the course page
  4. Select the users and/or user groups to enrol
  5. Save your changes

If a user has not completed a course they are enrolled on, a yellow banner displaying their course progress and a link to the course content will appear at the top of the home screen to provide quick access:
