Can’t log in? Some quick tips
If you’re having trouble logging in, here are a few quick things to check:
- Check the login URL that you’re using. If you’re using the latest version of Silktide, this should be login.silktide.com. If you’re still using the old version, log in at app.silktide.com.
- Check your password. If you’re unable to log in, try resetting your password.
